CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT:
I will never share your information or discuss your chart in public or private without your express permission. Even if I see you in real life I will not discuss or mention or chart or our session together unless you mention it first. If you grant permission for me to share your chart art in my marketing there will NEVER be any associations to you in those marketing posts.
SESSIONS ARE NOT RECORDED: Sessions are not recorded on UNLESS you specifically state that you want your reading recorded. You are welcome to record your sessions yourself. I ask you not to share any portion of the recording with my face or likeness publicly. Audio is fine. I take confidentiality seriously and will NEVER share your info HOWEVER, in this age of weird ass people who love to do weird ass shit like hack people's systems and online services I cannot be held responsible for this data or the security of any of the sites or tools I use in the act of providing my services. IF I record your session I will send it to you via either a Goog File or a Dropbox file link. It is recommended that you download your recordings onto your hard drive or other storage device. You can request that I delete your recordings at the end of our session or anytime afterwards. I typically keep them in the drive for 7 days but I can permanently delete your file if you'd like me to. I will not reach out to let you know when files are being deleted and I am not guaranteeing that I will hold your recording or any of your digital content for any length of time.
Astrology & Magic can be fun. They can also be serious, deep, and intense for some beings. Since my focus is remediation and transmutation of energies, I approach every chart with a healing focus. The hope is to locate and validate the sources of your life experiences in the chart. If those vibes are bothersome or negative for you then we can attempt to move that energy in a different direction using simple techniques and practices. The goal is to help you make the changes you want to make. I don’t determine those changes and instead, I often encourage clients to reframe their perspectives to better be able to accept these parts of themselves instead. Since I am prepared to go deep in all of my readings, I'd like you to also be prepared by bringing your personal boundaries into our sessions. I appreciate you setting the tone and letting me know if you need me to change anything about my presentation to better support you. There are no guarantees that this process is going to be helpful, but I would never want it to hurt or upset you along the way. I also seek out and collaborate with other practitioners and service providers whom I refer to for further assistance and support.

ETHICS & INTEGRITY STATEMENT
During an Astrology Reading, we are just looking at a scientific map/schematic of the location of the stars, planets, and horizon when you were born. We are using that information to discuss the potential vibes that may be present in your past, present, and potentially your future. Astrology uses metaphor, archetypes, stories, colors, and keywords to describe how these vibes "could" present in your life; each person is different, and each person has a personal life story that flavors that vibe. The goal in every session is to meet you where you are and figure out how to describe how YOU feel using Astrology as a kind of language or code. Even if we don't use your Astrology in our WeRK please note that I am a channel for Magical information & it's always coming thru with the greatest good in my heart. You are welcome to interrupt that flow of information at anytime. This process will be as deep as YOU want it to be. Together we have to remember that we all come from different life experiences and orientations that are NOT present in any chart.
Our origins, cultures, family history, lived experiences, and physical bodies can't always be mapped out in the chart and Magic does not know everything about it, sometimes we don't even know everything about us! This means we must commit to open communication when we are working together. I want you to feel safe and comfortable and empowered to speak up when you need to. You always have your free will and authority when we are working together. You do not have to share anything that you don't want to, but this process does invoke a lot of questions and exchanges of information by its very nature. If you have any questions, concerns or comments you want to make about this process before we begin, please share in the comment box in the form. When we are working together there is always a magical container around us and all of your information is private and sacred to me. I won't share photos of any drawings or art that comes from this work without your permission and I will NEVER use your name or birth data in any public way.
If you have any personal information you'd like to share in advance, I appreciate knowing you better. You can tell me where your boundaries are. Some examples of information often shared are relationship and/or family status and sometimes sexual orientation is also shared. This is helpful because Astrological houses will discuss all the areas of our lives, including our relationships (both platonic and sexual), jobs, social groups and/or family status. If you're living a unique or non-conforming life letting me know helps me better frame my descriptions of the houses when we are working together. I am and will always be working to address, acknowledge and heal my unconscious biases and ingrained thought patterns that were formed and implanted by living in a culture of white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism. I can and will make mistakes and I will also always do my best to acknowledge and repair those mistakes whenever I become or am made aware of them. This is an agreement we both make when we come together as two perfectly imperfect beings. This is why it can be so helpful to know more about your unique details. These unique details are not present in your chart so there is no other way for me to know these things about you. It saves us both time if we meet each other where you are and I have a deep personal commitment to honoring names, pronouns, and any part of your identity that you'd like me to. I know how skewed our culture is to heteronormative relationships and white privilege, so I desire to avoid that framework as much as possible – but sometimes I still make mistakes and I want to always be learning to unfuck my brain and be less stereotypical in my practice. I hope this statement helps you feel more comfortable and that it gives you a sense of where I am coming from. CANCELLATIONS, LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY
If you need to cancel your FREE session please respect my time & know that an opening you take & don't use is an opening someone else could have accessed. My sessions are FREE because they are priceless. Please let me know ASAP if you need to cancel or reschedule. Anyone who schedules & misses two appointments may be blocked from booking future appointments. This is a gift I offer you; I respect your time and if I need to cancel or reschedule know that I will also make that a mutually beneficial experience.
Please don't be late for your appointment. Your Zoom link will be located in your confirmation and reminder emails. Find and test your Zoom like at least 15 minutes before our session. You can also join the session up to 15 minutes before your session start time and wait for me to join. If you have issues with Zoom, reach out to Zoom. If you have issues finding your Zoom Link I may not get any messages on any platform in the 15 minute window before your session because I spend that time Magically preparing for your session, disconnecting from all technology except for Zoom. I try to stay off/out of those spaces after your session container is set. This is why it's SO IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO BE READY 15 MINUTES OR MORE BEFORE YOUR SESSION. If you message me within that 15 minute window and I don't see that message you may still miss your session and that can and may still be considered a NO SHOW for your session. If you find that you are going to be late please TEXT me immediately at 503-446-4460. If you are or will be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may need to cancel and reschedule that appointment.
