Refund policy

REFUNDS ON ART, CRAFT, RETAIL PRODUCTS

I offer a 15 day refund policy on all retail items, hand crafts, fine art and digital prints & merchandise that are NOT CUSTOMIZED items.  You pay for shipping costs & once the item is returned you will see a refund posted to your payment account. YOU MUST RETURN YOUR PACKING SLIP WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER & INFORMATION WITH THE RETURN TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. 

REFUNDS ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS or COMMISSIONS

No refunds are allowed on customized or commissioned products. These items are approved thru the process of creation & confirmation is requested before shipping. If you have issues with the product once it arrives please reach out. I offer limited opportunities for alterations or recreations, as well as a limited warranty on all commissions valued over $100. Communication is key. I want you to be happy but I need you to remember that this art is handmade in my interpretation of your request. If we cannot reach an agreement I may issue a gift certificate for the value of your item MINUS shipping costs so you can order something else. Anytime you're dissatisfied please reach out and we can figure out a way for you to be happy. 

 

CANCELLATIONS, LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY (Astrology & Magical Services/Offerings)

I have recently changed my late and missed appointment rules. These ONLY APPLY to sessions that have registration or booking fees in advance. My sessions are all currently FREE/pay what you can or want to so there are obviously no refunds for these. However, please know that these sessions are FREE because they are priceless so I appreciate a deep respect for my time and energy. I offer the same to you. 

If you need to cancel and reschedule your session you must give me at least 48 hours notice for there to be NO FEE to schedule. You will have to look at my calendar and find an open time to reschedule into. NOTE: I am often booked out for months in advance so it may be sometime before you can reschedule. I try but cannot always guarantee any time will be open for an immediate rescheduling. I do my best to maintain a waitlist but it's your responsibility to rebook your session at a later date. When you reach out to cancel/reschedule you will be given a code(s) to rebook, do not lose this code as it will be generated by the system and only works for you on the same session you missed.

I do not and will not offer refunds on appointments. If you give between 47-24 hours notice there MAY BE a rescheduling fee of $36. Please text or email immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule or session to a later date.

If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour window closes (23-0 hours before your session) you can reschedule at a later date with a $50 rescheduling fee. This is no longer negotiable due to the increased occurrence of last minute calculations. Of course shit happens so the goal is to get you to reach out to me as soon as possible. If I am able to fill your time with another session or know in advance that I can use that time in another way I am more likely to work with you on the rescheduling fee.

I respect your time and if I need to cancel or reschedule know that I will also make that a mutually beneficial experience. 

Please don't be late for your appointment. You Zoom link will be located in your confirmation and reminder emails. Find and test your Zoom like at least 15 minutes before our session. You can also join the session up to 15 minutes before your session start time and wait for me to join. If you have issues with Zoom, reach out to Zoom. If you have issues finding your Zoom Link I may not get any messages on any platform in the 15 minute window before your session because I spend that time Magically preparing for your session, disconnecting from all technology except for Zoom. I try to stay off/out of those spaces after your session container is set. This is why it's SO IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO BE READY 15 MINUTES OR MORE BEFORE YOUR SESSION. If you message me within that 15 minute window and I don't see that message you may still miss your session and that can and may still be considered a NO SHOW for your session. If you find that you are going to be late please TEXT me immediately at 503-446-4460. If you are or will be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may need to cancel and reschedule that appointment (there will be a fee). We will not be able to make up time at the other end of your session. There will be a $75 rescheduling fee if you do not contact me with advance and/or you "No Show" a session.

If you don't show up for the scheduled time, I've already done half of the work required to provide this service to you AND once you reschedule, I will have to do much of that prep work again. My busy schedule means that I cannot go over at the end of the reading to make up the time that you've missed. If you are late for a session you will forfeit the missed time. If you need to cancel & reschedule, my cancellation policy requires 48 hours in advance to make changes. This gives me time to notify other clients about the opening in the hopes of filling your spot. If you find you need to cancel inside of the 48-hour window, please EMAIL me ASAP. Of course, I will examine this on a case-by-case basis but it's happening so regularly I cannot continue to ignore it.
